We collect information to provide better services to our users. We do not require you to create an account to use our basic document processing operations. The only information we temporarily process is the files you upload.
When you upload a file to DocFixer to edit or process, it is handled via a secure connection. The files you upload are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within a maximum of 1 hour after processing. We do not read, look into, copy, or mine your files for data.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve our platform’s user experience, analyze traffic, and personalize content. We also use third-party tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense, which may place cookies on your browser to collect non-personally identifiable information and serve tailored advertisements based on your prior visits.
Security is very important to us. All file transfers between your browser and our servers are encrypted over HTTPS (SSL/TLS). However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) to access, delete, or limit the processing of your data. As we automatically delete files within 1 hour and do not require accounts, you maintain complete control of your data.
